Banlist thoughts...

Forbidden:
Goyo Guardian
Cold Wave
Mass Driver

R.I.P. Goyo- Seems he was limited due to Exceeds, yet I can't think it would of been that big of a deal. Oh well easy to summon, 2800, monster thief; Goyo was tops, and it was only a question of time till they put him to the bottom.

Cold Wave- In the words of Nikolai "About fucking time!"
Yes, though Cold Wave went from a bad card, to a decent card, to a good card, to the sexiest OTK tool around, then a one hit OTK pusher, to dead.

Mass Driver: Eh, OTK tool.

Limited:
Honest
Dandylion
Blackwing - Kalut the Moon Shadow
Book of Moon
Gateway of the Six

Honest/ Kalut: Cripples Blackwing, and Fairies, also hits hero beats, ect. Mostly this says goodbye to battle tricks.

Dandylion: Plant Synchro we hardly knew ye... Seriously though Dandy to one limits the deck, but not too much. Eh, I think Lonefire should have taken the hit, but you know.

Book of Moon: Wow, wowey, wow, wow wow, this is big. Now instead of running three as an auto include people will have to find other cards that help their decks and all that jazz. Yes though this is probably the change with the biggest effect on the game.

Gateway of The Six: So glad I didn't waste time and money on three. Then again the hit was obvious-so to everyone with two pages of these they were hoping to hoard and sell at a high price "Ha Ha!"

Semi-Limited
Card Trooper
Archlord Kristya
Spirit Reaper
Debris Dragon
Royal Tribute
Overload Fusion
Megamorph
Solemn Warning
Icarus Attack

Card Trooper: No Troop-Dupe-Scoop but now it might see play. Not much to say other than it seems to be an experimental move on Konami's part.

Kristya: Most decks run two. I enjoy how ineffective this was.

Spirit Reaper: Is it still good? Will it see play? Does Debris into Spirit of The Pharaoh into BRD into this equal a pro play?! Who knows. I'm not concerned.

Debris Dragon: A sad day this day that he hits the list. Oh well, puts a gimp on Plant Synchro and just his general ability to pull horrible amounts of dragons out of little to nothing.

Royal Tribute: "Hey, lets make Gravekeepers slightly less luck sacky." "O-tay!"

Overload Fusion: Goodbye Yellow Brick Road, lets see if this has any effect. Machines are fairly self limiting due to Chimeratech Fortress Dragon and System Down.

Megamorph: Oh yes: Oh Yes: Giant Trunade: Summon Power Pool Dragon search, Megamorph, One for One pitch XXX summon Flamvell Baby (LOL), Synchro Summon L.S.D. (Life Stream Dragon), set life points to 4000, Monster Reborn Power Tool Dragon, Search Megamorph number two, equip them both to L.S.D., kill your monster with Power Tool Dragon, Swing for game! Ha ha, that was both unrealistic and unnecessary.

Solemn Warning: Seems right, yet wrong. Less consistent, but still prevalent.

Icarus Attack: Spam something else please? Really though like five decks spam this, BW was topping in Japan, it was going to happen. Two isn't that bad of a shift either.

Unlimited:
Chaos Sorcerer- Whoo, he may breed light/dark hybrids that spam and swing.
Demise, King of Armageddon- OTK, other than that no one cares.
Snipe Hunter- Fabled maybe.
Dewloren, Tiger King of the Ice Barrier- Eh.
Gold Sarcophagus- Still not worth it: super slow. Some decks may find use depending on formats speed.
Skill Drain- Never should of been hit to begin with.
Ultimate Offering- Eh. Lets OTK and things, Eh.

Overall I like this list. Hurt all the dominant decks, and left some space open for new ones. And unlike what some people think this list didn't wreck the game.
